How to Find Your Purpose with Sahara Rose
Sahara Rose is the best-selling author of the Idiot's Guide to Ayurveda, which is the #1 best-selling Ayurveda book globally. She has been called “a leading voice for the millennial generation into the new paradigm shift” by Deepak Chopra, who wrote the foreword of both her titles.
Sahara hosts the Highest Self Podcast, ranked as the #1 top podcast in the spirituality category on iTunes. Her mission is to awaken people to their innate potential so they can share their gifts and fulfil their purpose in the world.
Her Doshas+Dharma program promises to do just that. Below I chatted with Sahara all about it.
What is the Dosha & Dharma Program?
The Doshas + Dharma Program is designed to help you get to the root of what it is you are good at, that you enjoy, that creates abundance and the world needs. It's about finding your dharma, your sacred purpose, your big why.
Why do you think so many people are questioning their life purpose?
Because they aren't listening to their higher selves and are instead looking around them for the answers when it lives within.
What is “highest self?”
The true you underneath the layers and masks of the mind.
What tools do you recommend in getting the clarity to know your highest self and your purpose?
Asking the right questions and trusting the answers.
Can you explain the difference between Karma (bounded action) and Kriya (effortless flow) in life?
Kriya is when doors are opening in the right direction towards your dharma. Karma is when life feels like a series of disasters. Most people are living like the latter, when life was meant to be lived like the former.
Is the transformational process going to be confronting?
Yes, otherwise it wouldn't be a transformation.
What advice to you have for those who are hesitant about transformation and taking the program?
Ask yourself: What will hurt more? Looking at your truth and overcoming your limiting beliefs, or living the rest of your life as a mere shadow of your true potential?
Is this only for people already doing spiritual practices and living an Ayurvedic life?
Absolutely not. You have to start somewhere and I explain everything from the ground up. (Hence why I wrote Idiot's Guide to Ayurveda.)
What coaches are you working with on the program?
All of the coaches are former Doshas + Dharma students, who I've trained in my specific format.
Can you explain the structure of the program delivery?
- Five weekly video trainings and PDF packets by Sahara
- Four live weekly small group coaching calls with your Doshas + Dharma Coach
- Four Weekly Live Q+A Call with Sahara
- Private FB group for questions & support
-Optional additional one-on-one coaching with your Doshas + Dharma Coach at discounted rate
You will be assigned an accountability partner to keep you on track and motivate another.
You will also be weekly assignments to share on the FB group each week.
What is your story and the motivation behind creating this program?
Absolutely. I transformed my life, going from blogger to the #1 best-selling Ayurveda author in the world. I created the Highest Self Podcast, which soon after launch was listed as listed as Top 7 Podcasts by Yoga Journal and is now the #1 spirituality podcast on iTunes. My dreams of being published by Penguin Random House and having the forewords of my books written by my inspiration, Dr. Deepak Chopra came true. I was listed as one of the top 25 most impactful people in wellness in 2018 by Yogi Approved and have created a community of over 200,000 Mind-Body Balancers on my email list and social media.
How? Alignment and action. I got crystal clear about what I wanted and utilized my strengths to get me there. I realized what I was good at and forgave myself for those I was not. I seeked help and guidance and learned to listen to my own inner wisdom. And that's exactly what I'll teach you to do on this program.
My outer work is a reflection of my inner-work and I created this program to guide you through transformational change.
